2 Timothy 4
In these perilous last days described in 2 Timothy 3 and 4, we face a world growing darker by the moment—where good is called evil and evil is called good. Yet our response isn't to cower in fear but to anchor ourselves in God's Word and courageously share it. The message is crystal clear: reading the Bible daily isn't just a spiritual discipline, it's our lifeline against deception. When we fill our minds with Scripture, we gain the discernment to recognize truth from lies in a culture that celebrates confusion. But knowledge alone isn't enough—we're called to give it out. Whether through teaching children, sharing a YouTube message, handing out gospel tracts, or speaking truth when it's uncomfortable, we must become conduits of God's Word. The sobering warning from 2 Thessalonians reminds us that those who reject truth will eventually be given over to delusion. This isn't about judgment—it's about urgency. People around us are dying without hope, and we hold the answer. The call is to preach the Word in season and out of season, to reprove, rebuke, and exhort with patience and doctrine. Even when speaking truth makes others uncomfortable or triggers opposition, we cannot remain silent. Our world desperately needs Christians who love truth more than comfort, who value eternity over temporary pleasure, and who are willing to stand alone if necessary because the Lord stands with us.
